Jim Green
“I’m ready to fight for a 21st century education for every Council Rock child — while working to promote fiscal discipline and preserve our property values.”
Jim Green is a Gulf War veteran, nonprofit executive, and dedicated Council Rock parent running for School Board to put students—not politics—at the center of every decision.
A longtime resident and father of two current Council Rock students, Jim understands the importance of safe schools, strong academics, and multiple pathways to success—whether that’s college or the skilled trades. With an MBA and extensive experience managing budgets and operations in the nonprofit sector, he brings a steady, practical voice to the table—one focused on results, not rhetoric.
Jim has spent years giving back to his community as a volunteer, youth sports coach, and nonprofit leader. He believes deeply in the power of public education and the need for strong collaboration between parents, teachers, and administrators.
Jim is running to ensure that Council Rock schools remain a source of pride and opportunity for all students. That means investing wisely, protecting academic excellence, and resisting efforts to inject national political agendas into local classrooms.
A vote for Jim Green is a vote for common sense, teamwork, and student-focused leadership.
